About Alpine Capital Partners

We are looking to acquire a majority stake in a New England area business. We are not a private equity fund in the traditional sense of the term. This allows us to be flexible with how long we hold the business, not needing to adhere to a specific fund life span. Understanding that owners will be looking to sell their business for many different reasons we are open to different types of deal structures although it will likely either be a 100% buyout or the current owner will be looking to roll over a minority percentage of equity. Our priority is finding a deal structure that is a win-win for all parties involved.

Mitch Pierce, MBA

Hi, I’m Mitch. I have a unique blend of hands-on experience in both blue-collar work and executive leadership. My career began in manual labor and landscape work, which gave me a strong work ethic and appreciation for the people who make businesses run. From there, I joined a startup providing substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, where I was the second employee. Over time, I grew with the company, taking on CEO and COO roles, leading multi-state operations, and eventually leading the company to a successful exit.

I then transitioned to a national ABA therapy provider for children with autism, which became one of the fastest-growing businesses in the U.S., ranked #5 on the Inc. 5000 list. Throughout these experiences, I was fortunate to be mentored by some of the best, including the 2024 EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the national category.

Why New England? New England is my home. My family is rooted in Boston and New Hampshire, and I want to build a legacy close to the people I care about most. By focusing on this region, I aim to make a positive impact on the communities I know best and call home.

Why a Search Fund? I started this search fund because I want to carry forward the opportunities I was given—to help employees achieve life-changing success and to be an active, engaged business owner in my community. I understand that a business is deeply personal to its owner. Studies show that founders' brain reactions to their businesses mirror their reactions to their children. I take that responsibility seriously and aim to preserve your legacy, ideally with you as a continued partner.
