Investing in Founder & Family-Owned Businesses for the Future

Alpine Capital Partners is backed by a local experienced operator and entrepreneur looking to buy a business in the New England area.

Mitch Pierce

Hi, I’m Mitch. I have a unique blend of hands-on experience in both blue-collar work and executive leadership in healthcare. My career began in manual labor and landscape work, which gave me a strong work ethic and appreciation for the people who make businesses run. From there, I joined a startup providing substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, where I was the second employee. Over time, I grew with the company, taking on CEO and COO roles, leading multi-state operations.

Why New England? New England is my home. My family is rooted in Boston and New Hampshire, and I want to build a legacy close to the people I care about most. By focusing on this region, I aim to make a positive impact on the communities I know best and call home.

Why acquire a small business? I started this journey because I want to carry forward the opportunities I was given. To help employees achieve life-changing success and to be an active, engaged business owner in my community. I understand that a business is deeply personal to its owner. Studies show that founders' brain reactions to their businesses mirror their reactions to their children. I take that responsibility seriously and aim to preserve your legacy, ideally with you as a continued partner.
