We are a New England-based search fund committed to acquiring and growing small businesses in the communities we know and love. With deep ties to the region, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that local businesses face. Our goal is to partner with business owners who are ready to transition their life's work to someone who will respect and preserve their legacy.

Since we are not a private equity fund, we’re not focused on quick flips or impersonal transactions. Our strategy is flexible: whether it’s holding and growing the business for several years before finding the right next step, or committing to a long-term ownership model, we make decisions based on what’s best for the business, its employees, and its customers. Our priority is sustainable growth and preserving the core of what makes the business successful.
